We offer a 120 day no hassle return policy. If you receive a used item which is not functioning properly, you may return it for an easy exchange or store credit within 120 days. Original items may not be returned for a refund. Just email us or give us a call and we will help you resolve any issue.

We can help you hook up your system, controllers, zappers, help with cleaning your old games or any other questions or comments you may have on any sort of issue.
New unopened items can be returned for a refund minus the cost to ship and a 15% restocking fee. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses and need to be reshipped will be charged additional reshipping fees.
