And thanks to Nintendo’s exclusive “Extended Playing Power,” the game was programmed to remember your entire loadout before each battle, so no matter how many times you fell in combat, you could always come back and try again with your full arsenal at the ready. Without a doubt, Adventure of Link remains one of the toughest games ever made by Nintendo, but also one of the most rewarding.
