The Nintendo Gamecube is a timeless system with a comfortable and practical controller. So comfortable and practical that it is still used heavily with more modern Nintendo consoles.

The Gamecube also has a great library of game titles and was a personal favorite of mine growing up. To be more specific, some of my favorite titles on the Gamecube are the Tony Hawk titles. The Gamecube has several different Tony Hawk titles including the Classic Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 and Tony Hawks Underground 1 and 2.

Tony Hawks Pro Skater 3 (THPS3) is the third installment in the Tony Hawks Pro Skater series and despite the first two Pro Skater games not being available for the Gamecube, you are still able to get that classic Tony Hawk game feeling when playing THPS3.

After THPS3 came Tony Hawks Underground (THUG) the first Tony Hawk Game not included in the Pro Skater Series.  What separated THUG from the Pro Skater games was the more story driven game play, a more open world skating experience, and the ability to get off your board and walk around. When this game was introduced, Tony Hawk fans were very impressed and it still remains one of the best Tony Hawk Titles to this day.

Following THUG came Tony Hawk's Underground 2 (THUG2), the second and last installment in the Tony Hawk's Underground series. Whereever there may have been slight issues with the first Underground, THUG2 perfected those issues and provided another story driven and more open world skating game. Not to mention this games story was more wacky than any of the previous Tony Hawk games, including many different missions, pro skaters, and even the Jackass crew. 

Even after the Gamecube supporting these three great Tony Hawk titles, it also supports Tony Hawk's American Wasteland and Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4, all must plays on the Gamecube.
