How to recalibrate your Nintendo 64 controller

Controllers often don't work properly after years of use and button mashing. But don't be so quick to dismiss your N64 controller as broken if you're having issues with the stick.


If you've ever played an N64 game and your character is spinning in circles without you touching the controller, try this simple fix:

To calibrate your controller and stop stick drift, enter your game and hold down the two bumper buttons and hit the start button.
